Make every effort to patronize the community by buying 
your gas and food supplies within them.
And on the way out come to a complete STOP at the end of our driveway 
before pulling on to Orchard Drive.

From the East: Rte. 84 to Exit 7N onto Rte. 300 North, go approx. 2 1/2
miles turn left at Sunoco Station staying on 300 north, 5 miles and turn
right at fork - Orchard Dr. "You can see telecommunications tower on
right", go 2 miles to track entrance on left.

From the West: Rte. 84 to Exit 6, turn left at bottom of ramp onto 17K West,
go ¾ mile and turn right onto Rock Cut Road, go to 2nd traffic light and
turn left onto Rte 300, go approx. 1 mile and turn right at fork - Orchard
Dr. "You can see telecommunications tower on right", go 2 miles to track
entrance on left.

From the NYS Thruway I-87: to exit 17 onto Rte. 300 North go approx. 3 miles
turn left at Sunoco Station staying on 300 north, 5 miles and turn right at
fork - Orchard Dr. "You can see telecommunications tower on right", go 2
miles to track entrance on left.

Admission Fee $12.00 per person per race day. Children 10 years and under are free unless they are racing.
Gates open at 1:00 P.M. the day before the race if the open practice is on Wednesday
Gates open at 7:30 A.M. the day before the race if the open practice is on Saturday
Race Fee: $30 Per Class
(Higher class / gate fee's will be charged for Special Events - e.g. NorthEast Classic, Pro-Am Event)

OPEN PRACTICES

Saturday schedule: If you want to ride the open practice only on Saturday and you are not going to race on Sunday . . . here's how it works.

Through the gate fee - $12. (Everyone pays this fee)
You will receive a wristband for the weekend (Saturday & Sunday - covers either or both days) 

that allows you access on the premises either as a rider or as a spectator.

Open Practice fee - $30.
You will receive a different wristband for the open practice on Saturday.
The Saturday Open Practice is from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. - Gates open at 7:30 AM

If you are not staying for the race on Sunday, and do not intend to come back on the premises, 

you are entitled to a refund as follows.

Rules for Refund:

1. You must vacate the premises by (or before) 5:00 PM the latest.
2. You must stop at the front gate, in your vehicle, on the way out.
3. You must be wearing the wristband(s) issued 
(the one for the gate fee and/or the one for the O.P. fee)
4. Gate personnel only will remove the wristband(s) and issue a $12 refund.

Failure to comply with any of the above rules will result in NO REFUND; NO EXCEPTIONS.  

Wednesday schedule: Gates open at 8:30 A.M. Riding starts at 10:00 A.M. 

Practice ends at 6:00 P.M.
